New Heights Real Estate Services is a resource for all aspects of property management. We perform Property Preservation to current HUD specs. We offer initial secure, rekey, boarding, winterization, re-winterization, trashout, hazard removal, extensive debris removal, initial lawn cut, lawn recuts, broom clean, janitorial, handyman repairs, REO management, and many other services upon request.
Our residential maintenance contractors provide photos of all before and after work for proper documentation for each work order. Date stamping is also available. All photos are taken with quality high resolution digital photography and can be uploaded via secure web portal or email.
We also provide bids as needed for damages and/services that are noted while at the job site. Second bids can be provided on contractor letterhead.

Our main clients consists of mortgage lenders, national banks, local banks, realtors, asset managers, attorneys, credit unions, insurance companies, leasing companies and sherriff's departments. We offer discounts to clients with repeat business.
